Court Marriage Procedure In Delhi.


Court marriage procedure is common across India. It is made possible — and subsequently governed by — the Special Marriage Act, 1954, which provides for marriage by civil ceremony between parties belonging to different religions. Even parties of the same religion may, however, choose a court marriage over rituals and ceremonies.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR COURT MARRIAGE IN DELHI :- 

1. 4 Passport Size Photographs – four each of Marrying Persons.(Boy should 21+age and Girl should   18+age at the date of marriage).

2. Residential Proof

3. Date of Birth Proof

4. If any party is divorcee Certified copy of Decree of Divorce granted by the Court.

5. If any party is widow / widower Death Certificate of the dead spouse.

6. If any party is a Foreign Citizen or holding a foreign Passport or is having foreign residential address,NOC Certificate from concerned Embassy and Valid VISA.

 7. 3 Witnesses total ( All should be major ) two document required for witness
 PAN CARD is must for all three witness
 and Residential proof of Delhi
